The documents required when applying for an IB differ between individual and corporate IBs.
1. Individual IB
- Photo ID
Please select one of the following and submit one photo ID with your face.
- Passport (photo page only)
- Driver's license
- National ID
*File size up to 8 MB, data format: jpg, jpeg, png or pdf.
*Please note that the above documents must meet the following requirements.

- The image must be a photo ID.
- The name must be matched with the registered name.
- The entire document is shown.
- The issuer and the contents of the document can be confirmed.
- The date of birth must be matched with the registered date of birth on Partners Portal.
- The expiry date for the ID can be confirmed on the documents.
- The documents are within the expiry date.
* Please make sure that the document is clear and visible (Date of Birth and expiry date)
2. Corporate IB
Please note that some of the required documents may differ depending on the executive's country of residence.
- Certificate of Incorporation: the documents have to be in English. If not, please get the translation by the translation company and provide both original and translated documents.
- All pages of Company Statement or Certificate of Incumbency issued by Registered Agent within the last 6 months showing the company representative issued within the last 6 months: the documents have to be in English. If not, please get the translation by the translation company and provide both original and translated documents.
- ID image of all current company representatives listed in the above two documents: one for each person (see 'Individual IBs' for details on requirements).
