By setting up 2-step authentication from the Partner Portal using the following method, you can increase security by requiring a one-time password each time you log in to the Partner Portal.

- Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Security settings."
- Click "Set up" for SMS authentication.
- Enter a phone number that can receive SMS, then click "Send authentication code"

Enter the one-time password from the SMS you received and click "Authenticate."
*Note: You can request a new SMS after 30 seconds if needed.
Settings complete: Once setup is finished, you will receive a confirmation email.
[How to set up 2-step authentication using the Google Authenticator app]
- Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Security settings."
- Click "Set up" in the Google Authenticator system.
- If you haven’t already, install the Google Authenticator app.
- Launch the Google Authenticator app and log in with your Google account
- In the Google Authenticator app, select "Add code" and scan the QR code displayed in the Partner Portal, or enter the code manually.

A six-digit number will appear under "Titan FX" in the Google Authenticator app. Enter this number in the Partner Portal under Step 3 and click "Set up two-step authentication."
*Note: The one-time password updates every 30 seconds; be sure to use the current code displayed.
If you enter the wrong password three times, you will need to cancel the setup. In this case, delete the old code from the Google Authenticator app (on Android: long press the code → trash icon, on iPhone: long press the code → pencil icon → trash icon) and scan the new QR code in the Partner Portal.
Setting complete: After registration, a confirmation email will be sent.
[How to disable 2-step authentication (common)]
- Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Security settings."
- Click "Disable" to the right of the set 2-step authentication.

Enter the 6-digit one-time password generated by your 2-step authentication method, then click "Disable 2FA."
Note: If you’re unable to disable 2-step authentication due to accidentally deleting the code in Google Authenticator or losing access to your registered phone number, please get in touch with the Titan FX Partner team.
Disabling Complete: An email will be sent to confirm that 2-step authentication has been disabled.
Important Notes for Disabling Google Authenticator 2-Step Authentication
- Once disabled, the one-time password previously registered in Google Authenticator will no longer be valid.
- If you wish to set up 2-step authentication again, you must delete the old code in Google Authenticator (on Android: long press the code → trash icon, on iPhone: long press the code → pencil icon → trash can icon) and scan the new QR code displayed in the Partner Portal.
